When the hair loss started, family history, general health, medications and habits.

Our exclusive system analyzes the scalp with a high-resolution camera and AI software that helps the physician assess hair density and thickness.
Lab tests and Genetic Hair Test
If needed, the physician orders lab tests or an analysis of genetic variants related to hair loss. The results are sent to the physician, who interprets them and explains them to you.

Why one look is not enough
Looking at the scalp with a dermatoscope or with SmartHair is often not enough to reach a medical conclusion. That is why, as in any serious medical consultation, the physician combines your history, what they observe and, when needed, lab results.
Then come the follow-up visits. That is where we see how your hair evolves and responds to treatment, and adjust it if needed. There is no magic formula or treatment that is the same for everyone: treating hair loss is one of the most personalized things in medicine.
Consultation fee
The consultation costs US$100, VAT included. This amount is applied in full toward your medical treatment or procedure if you pay for it and schedule it on the same day or within the following seven calendar days. It can be the full payment or a first payment of more than US$100. It does not need to start within that period.
How to prepare
- Bring recent lab tests, if you have them.
- Write down the medications and supplements you take.
- If you have photos of how your hair used to look, they will help the physician compare.
